JR Full Stack Software Engineer - Indaiatuba/SP

We are looking for a Junior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team at the Regional Office in Indaiatuba, SP, supporting core business applications and our enterprise IFS ERP ecosystem. In this role, you will develop foundational software engineering skills while contributing to enterprise applications, mobile integrations, and automation initiatives. Working closely under the guidance and mentorship of experienced engineers, you will solve practical business problems and ensure production stability. Main Responsibilities

Learn and Contribute

• Participate in software development activities. 
• Develop enhancements and bug fixes. 
• Support production issue resolution. 
• Assist in application testing and deployment activities. 
• Create and maintain documentation. 

Business Applications

• Support enterprise business applications. 
• Participate in system configuration activities. 
• Learn business processes and application workflows. 
• Assist in analyzing user requirements. Integrations & Data 
• Support APIs and system integrations. 
• Develop SQL queries for troubleshooting and analysis. 
• Assist with data validation and monitoring activities. 

Modern Engineering 

• Participate in Agile cerimonies. 
• Utilize AI-assisted engineering tools appropriately. 
• Learn DevOps and cloud engineering practices. 
• Contribute to automation initiatives. 

Skills You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline;
• Advanced English;
• Solid knowledge of software development fundamentals, programming logic, data structures, and database concepts;
• Practical foundation in SQL query design and relational database management;
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and software testing fundamentals (unit testing);
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week on-site in Indaiatuba/SP). 

What Makes You Stand Out

• Academic or practical project experience with Python, Dart, or mobile frameworks such as Flutter;
• Foundational knowledge of PL/SQL;
• Familiarity with enterprise ERP systems (such as IFS Cloud or SAP);
• Familiarity with Git version control, CI/CD automated pipelines, and cloud computing fundamentals;
