PL Software Analyst - Indaiatuba/SP

We are looking for an experienced IT professional to join our team that develops and supports Materials Management related solutions. The ideal candidate will have skills in technologies such as SAP ABAP and SAP BTP. 

The selected candidate will be tasked with the development and support of solutions directly aligned with SAP in the context of the materials management process, working collaboratively in an agile team environment. Responsibilities may encompass addressing integration challenges, system and application configuration and development, executing unit and integration tests, among other tasks. Also will be responsible for articulating and elucidating our solutions to global teams and architects in English. 

Moreover, our product plays a critical role in supporting a solution deployed across 26 countries within the organization, ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of materials management processes on a global scale. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and multicultural setting, contributing to the ongoing evolution of the product and the satisfaction of our worldwide customer base. 

Main responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions within an SAP environment, utilizing relevant and cutting-edge technologies and programming languages; 
• Tailor and configure modules and functionalities of the SAP system to address specific customer requirements; 
• Integrate SAP systems with internal and external systems, guaranteeing interoperability and efficient data exchange; 
• Perform maintenance on existing software, address bugs, apply patches, and offer technical support to end users; 
• Identify and implement performance enhancements in the software to ensure system efficiency and scalability; 
• Document code, processes, and solutions developed, and provide training and guidance to end users and team members; 
• Collaborate closely with team members, including developers, business analysts, and solution architects, to accomplish project goals; 
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the SAP domain and contribute innovative ideas to enhance existing products and processes;
• Responsible for articulating and elucidating our solutions to global teams and architects in English. 

Skills You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technology field; 
• Proficiency in English for daily interactions with global teams; 
• Great knowledge on ABAP OO and Fiori; 
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with IT teams and business partners; 
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, as required; 
• Flexibility to work part-time in Indaiatuba/SP – 50% at the office. 

What Makes You Stand Out

• Familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana, SAP BTP, SAP Ui5, React; 
• Understanding of business processes related to materials management; 
• Experience with Unit Test Frameworks; 
• Proficiency in developing microservices, APIs and system integrations.
