Responsabilities

  • Lead JDSC Plan roadmaps, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and prioritization across global stakeholder groups in Ag & Turf and Construction & Forestry;
  • Coordinate and prioritize enhancements and support for Dealer Sales Planning Portal and Retail Incentives (RSI) applications until they transition into future state Order Management solutions;
  • Define and delivering digital applications and systems that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approach;
  • Bring deep customer, dealer, and business process understanding to your partnership with IT engineering, Order Fulfillment, Sales & Marketing, etc. as you define and prioritize solutions;
  • Analyzing specific problems and issues to find the best solutions, which could be technical or professional in nature;
  • Validating that solution requirements meet customer (internal and external) needs;
  • Define product direction to guide the development work of 1 scrum team.

What Skills You Need

  • Knowledge of systems and tools used to enable Order Management with dealers and customers;
  • Understanding of basic Order Fulfillment concepts, such as ordering and inventory management;
  • Product marketing, ECAP, product management, project management, or similar experience;
  • Understanding of agile development processes and methodologies;
  • Advanced English: have a wide vocabulary, good grammar, conduct meetings, argue, negotiate and deliver training.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Knowledge of Order Fulfillment strategies including inventory management;
  • Knowledge/experience with forecasting, estimating, and/or statistics;
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities and solve problems;
  • University Degree (4 years or equivalent) Business, Technology.
