Product Manager - Indaiatuba/SP

Main Responsabilities

• Develop and/or deliver a plan for significant aspects of the Sugarcane product portfolio, aftermarket service, under guidance from senior colleagues;
• Manage brand for the Sugarcane product portfolio;
• Assist in achieving brand positioning and contribute ideas to brand plans; 
• Support the collection of data and participate in reviews of marketing activities to identify opportunities for improvements; 
• Manage relevant research using primary data sources, and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends; 
• Plan and deliver small projects or workstreams, using an appropriate project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are achieved; 
• Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems;
• Monitor all aspects of a product life cycle, including long- and short-term development and marketing. Perform analyses to stay abreast of trends in the marketplace and ensure the product's competitive position;
• Contribute to stakeholder engagement by identifying stakeholders; by finding out their needs, issues, and concerns; and by reacting to these needs, issues, and concerns, arranging meetings and events and drafting supporting materials to promote understanding and commitment.

Skills You Need

• Full bachelor's degree in business or technology;
• Advanced English: have a wide vocabulary, good grammar, conduct meetings, argue, negotiate and deliver training.
• Knowledge of systems and tools used to enable Order Management with dealers and customers;
• Understanding of basic Order Fulfillment concepts, such as ordering and inventory management;
• Product marketing, ECAP, product management, project management, or similar experience;
• Understanding of agile development processes and methodologies;

What Makes You Stand Out

• Knowledge of Order Fulfillment strategies including inventory management;
• Knowledge/experience with forecasting, estimating, and/or statistics;
