SR Systems Performance Engineer - Indaiatuba/SP

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute HIL tests in alignment with technical specifications and product requirements;
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, ensuring they are consistently reviewed and updated;
• Guarantee full test coverage for all newly released features during the verification phase;
• Accurately map and document all test cases, and report testing hours and identified defects using the ADO system;
• Ensure co-op machines are fully equipped with the required tech stack and prepared for field test execution;
• Monitor and report testing activities, including hours and defects, across different platforms;
• Conduct on-site visits to co-op locations to support and follow up on testing operations;
• Maintain connectivity and proper registration of all test machines within internal systems such as VISION;
• Oversee the validity and renewal of co-op partner contracts and NDAs;
• Represent the team in global meetings focused on specific platforms;
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Customer Support, Marketing, and Production.

Skills You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Control and Automation Engineering, or related fields;
• Advanced English skills: broad vocabulary, strong grammar, able to lead meetings, argue, negotiate, and deliver training sessions;
• Solid understanding of precision agriculture systems;
• Experience in testing and handling electronic products (data collection, analysis, and reporting);
• Fieldwork experience and test planning;
• Skills in assembling electrical cables and harnesses;
• Ability to prepare and set up equipment for bench and field testing;
• Availability to work in Indaiatuba/SP;
• Willingness to travel (up to 50% of the time).

• Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification.
