Your Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant for John Deere Financial Worldwide Headquarters located in Johnston, Iowa, you will:
- Create, update, and support Microsoft documents, databases, and departmental systems
- Schedule meetings, organize travel, and manage appointments for senior staff
- Manage meetings, logistics and planning for Deere personnel and dealer meetings
- Draft routine correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports
- Prepare documents and summarize data for reports
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, escalating complex matters as needed
- Welcome visitors and address a wide range of questions
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
- Support procurement activities following established procedures

What Skills You Need
- 7-12 months of administrative or office management experience
- Clear verbal communication
- Previous planning and organizing experience
- Policy and procedure understanding
- Data assessment and analysis experience
- Previous managing of calendars and travel experience
- Experience in strengthening customer connections
