Your Responsibilities
**Per hiring manager discretion, the ideal candidate will be based in Johnston, IA or potentially another John Deere location**
As a Customer Success Manager for JD Intelligent Solutions Group located in Johnston, IA, you will:
- Be responsible for driving customer utilization and value realization for See & Spray, Premium Precision, and Harvest Automation in Division B in the US.
- Drive activation of SaaS licenses and onboarding milestones with assigned dealers, ensuring readiness and smooth customer journeys.
- Educate and enable dealers with resources, talk tracks, and training to support activation, utilization, and renewals.
Monitor utilization data at dealer and customer levels; share insights and execute interventions to maximize value realization. - Track license expirations, forecast renewal readiness, and collaborate with dealers to mitigate churn risk.
Capture and communicate structured feedback and success stories from dealers to inform product improvements and share best practices. - Serve as Product Champion for Autonomy, acting as SME for the CS team and partnering with product management on playbooks and feature validation.

Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor’s degree (required), preferably in Business, Management, or Technology, or equivalent experience
