The Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG) of John Deere in Kaiserslautern develops future trends and technologies in the area of mobile agricultural and construction machinery in cooperation with different research centers. Engineer Test Automation (m/f/d)



Your Responsibilities:

  • Work as an integral part of an agile software development team 
  • Develop and maintain test scripts based on given requirements 
  • Interact with the product development on best practices 
  • Contribute to design, implementation and maintenance of the Test Automation solutions 
  • Setup hardware environment based on project requirements 
  • Participate in cross-disciplinary teams 
  • Maintain documentation for test environment 


What skills you need:

  • Experience in any scripting language like Python, Javascript, Typescript etc. 
  • Experience with RESTful APIs 
  • Experience with git/GitHub 
  • Experience with Jenkins 
  • CAN Network Knowledge 
  • Experience in Test Automation 
  • Experience with electronic hardware 
  • Great troubleshooting skills 
  • Ability to work independently 
  • English in speech and writing

Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or other technology related discipline
