Area Aftermarket Manager
The team of Area Aftermarket Managers drives dealer absorption by growing parts and service sales. If you are up for the challenge and want to shape the lifecycle, come and join us!
Your Responsibilities:
Growing the Aftermarket business within our Dealer Organization by spinning the Market share to Absorption cycle in order to shape dealer financial, market and operational performance.
What Skills You Need:

A high interest in dealer businesses and processes, particularly in the aftermarket and service areas

Advanced analytical skills – Excel, PowerBI and co.

Ability to develop and execute sales plans, and marketing campaigns for parts & service growth

Affinity for John Deere products, technology as well as an understanding of customer needs

Self-confidence, strong networking, communication and coaching skills

Willingness to travel extensively with full commitment to delivering exceptional dealer support

Fluent in English, Russian and/or Ukrainian – any additional language is an advantage!

A solid education that has prepared you for the opportunities and challenges ahead
This is a full-time contract limited to 24 months based in Ukraine.
