Our DEI team is looking for a highly motivated intern from 1st August 2024 for 6 months.

 

 Intern Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Team (m/f/d) 

 

Our Region 2 People & Culture Development Team supports employees and managers with Leadership Development, Employee and Organizational Development, Employee Engagement and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support of in-house media channels for the communication of diversity & inclusion topics and activities
  • Create texts, articles, podcasts and presentations for online and offline media
  • Research, analysis and project work in the areas of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion 
  • Participation in the organization and administration of internal and external events
  • Design and implementation of workshops, trainings and presentations

 

What Skills You Need:

  • Interested in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • First experience in project work and editorial work (texts, articles, advertisements, announcements...) is an advantage as is experience in the DEI space
  • Very good skills in dealing with and communicating with various target groups is required
  • Creativity and interest to familiarize yourself with new methods and tools
  • In-depth knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written, and proficient with MS Office applications
  • Pursuing a degree in Communications, Media, Linguistics, Humanities, Business Studies or Journalism
