Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) 

The Dealer Systems & Services R2 team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team and manage the platform for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales CRM application, which is rolled out to more than 3.000 users across Europe.

In addition to the gross monthly salary, the salary for this position (full-time) consists of various special payments. Depending on your experience, you can expect an annual starting salary of between 85.000 and 100.000 EUR in this position.

Your Responsibilities: 

• Develop, maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines for the Dynamics 365 Sales Hub application in Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, and optimize deployment strategies for customizations, configurations and updates in Dynamics 365
• Monitor and maintain the health of the Azure DevOps environment, including source control, build systems and release management
• Implement quality assurance processes, including code reviews, automated tests and performance monitoring to ensure the stability and reliability of the Dynamics 365 Sales Hub application
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and other stakeholders, ensuring best practices and standards are followed throughout the development lifecycle
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to improve efficiency and productivity

What Skills You Need: 

• 3+ years of experience in Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, source control and release management
• 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically Sales Hub
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration, including entities, workflows, plugins, and web resources
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 solution management, including importing and exporting solutions and managing dependencies
• Proficient in software development, preferably with C#, JavaScript, and .NET
• Experience with scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Bash
• Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

What Makes You Stand Out: 

• Dynamics 365 certifications, such as MB-210 (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales) or PL-200 (Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant)
• Experience with Power Platform components, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Skills in interpersonal communications, negotiation and conflict resolution
• Business level proficiency in German & English

Education: 

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
