Your Responsibilities
*The ideal candidate will be based out of Moline, IL but potentially can be based out of other locations, per hiring manager discretion*
As a C&F Aftermarket Service Sales Manager for JD Construction & Forestry located in Moline, IL, you will be responsible for driving sales of John Deere parts and service solutions that rebuild, restore, and extend the life of customer equipment.
Your primary objective is to grow aftermarket revenue through the successful positioning and execution of ReLife, TCO solutions, and lifecycle-based service offerings across the dealer channel.
This role is deeply focused on strengthening dealer sales capability and increasing customer adoption of rebuild and reconditioning solutions that lower total cost of ownership while maximizing the value of John Deere machines.

What Skills You Need
- Strong knowledge of parts, service operations, rebuild strategies, and machine lifecycle economics.
- Proven experience driving aftermarket sales growth, ideally in equipment, heavy machinery, or industrial sectors.
- Ability to train, influence, and coach dealer personnel in sales execution.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and field engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently while aligning regional and enterprise sales priorities.
- Ability to travel up to 75%
What Makes You Standout
- Deep knowledge of John Deere parts, service offerings, and dealer operations—including systems, processes, and John Deere digital tools.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with dealer senior leadership and drive alignment on aftermarket parts and service initiatives.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, using data and key financial indicators to drive effective business decisions.
- Experience developing and deploying new processes, including documentation, communication, and training—especially in technical or heavy equipment environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of Construction & Forestry production systems and equipment
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Engineering, Marketing, or other Business discipline
