Your Responsibilities
As a Channel Development IT Manager for John Deere Construction & Forestry, you will...
- Work with assigned C&F Dealerships to understand key business challenges & any concerns with Dealer Solutions.
- Identify John Deere System/Application Solutions (including integrated solutions with John Deere approved vendors) that can drive process improvements.
- Schedule & facilitate presentation of specific John Deere System/Application Solution (s) to dealer that can address business needs. Includes any associated costs.
- Lead & facilitate any pre-implementation or post-implementation Process & Product optimization events that are critical to successful use of specific System/Application & ultimately business improvement.
- Project Management - Strategic Management of all Projects that assist C&F Dealerships with improving their business through utilizing John Deere systems & applications.

What Makes You Stand Out
- Sales experience, preferably within a John Deere unit or division
- Territory management experience
- Selling directly to end user customer in a retail environment
- Broad background of business experience within or outside John Deere
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Exposure to Channel IT and/or A&CS
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Management, Marketing, or IT discipline
