Your Responsibilities
As a Digital Process Lead for the Enterprise Aftermarket Data & Analytics Team located in Moline, IL or Chicago, IL, you will be part of a growing organization focused on managing aftermarket data assets. Specifically, you will be the Equipment Lifecycle Integration of Parts and Service (ELIPS) Process Expert who is focused on global growth, dynamic data quality strategy, and integration with global Dealer Business Systems. Our team’s matured enterprise data products have been key enablers of tangible, high-value business solutions and many opportunities lie ahead.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the ELIPS Digital Process Lead, focusing on global expansion and data quality. Additionally, this position will provide business direction and coordination amongst internal and external dealer business system teams to ensure data continuity.
- Formulate a streamlined dealer onboarding strategy, putting the ability in the hands of the data providers to ensure their data meets key metrics.
- Ability to understand key Aftermarket datasets by serving as the subject matter expert. Datasets are not limited to but may include ELIPS, Warranty, and other digital assets.
- Serve as the Aftermarket lead for the Enterprise Data Governance and Data Quality strategies.
- Directly assist Product Owners on the team in decomposing work, leading our adjacent scrum teams in project discovery, and ideating on technical strategies.
- Create SQL, R, or Python code using software environments such as Databricks to extract, merge and/or aggregate data from multiple sources that create proof-of-concepts that serve as an intake to the IT Data Product refinement process.
- Prospect and analyze new Aftermarket datasets from existing data locations and external sources that support analytics and reporting.

What Skills You Need (Required skills/experiences)
- 4+ years of experience with SQL
- 4+ years of experience validating, cleaning, and manipulating data from relational databases
- 3+ years of experience with Python or R
- 3+ years of experience understanding business requirements through requirements gathering with end users in the business
- 3+ years of identifying opportunities for embedding enterprise toolsets within an organization to increase efficiency and discovering new ways of accomplishing tasks
- 3+ years of experience communicating complex, technical information to a non-technical audience
- 3+ years of experience of driving change proactively and influencing without authority
What Makes You Stand Out (Desired skills/experiences)
- Prior use or understanding of Aftermarket and/or Dealer datasets
- Experience developing a Data Quality strategy and/or ensuring the health/well-being of widely used datasets
- Experience working with a Data Lake environment
- Experience working with external-facing digital solutions
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Experience with ML platforms and/or ML lifecycle management
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
