Your Responsibilities
As a Environmental Professional for John Deere Cylinder located in Moline, IL, you will...
- Operating, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining the facility waste water pretreatment operation, including collecting, analyzing, and reporting environmental data related to compliance and sustainability for the facility.
- Provide technical and process support to a manufacturing facility in Moline, IL to maintain compliance with environmental regulations.
- Support the facility ISO 14001:2015 certification requirements including performing internal audits to verify conformance with EMS standards and applicable environmental laws and regulations.
- Identify and manage projects related to environmental risk reduction and operational sustainability.

What Skills You Need
- Work experience in waste water treatment or work experience as an environmental professional.
- Ability to obtain a Class K Waste Water Treatment Operator License from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency within 6 months of employment
- Knowledge of environmental engineering topics and environmental regulations
- Strong communication and demonstrated team collaboration skills.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Extensive experience in operating and maintaining waste water treatment operations
- Experience working in the environmental compliance field at a manufacturing facility.
- Experience with ISO14001:2015 Management System or a similar management system.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, Power Apps and SharePoint
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field
