The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.

Your Responsibilities


As a Part-Time Student on the Supplier Diversity team located in Moline, IL or Waterloo, IA or Des Moines, IA , you will:


  • Learn and grow in competence while providing tactical support for the Supplier Diversity Specialists.
  • Assist with HUBZone certification follow-up.
  • Organize diverse supplier portal registrations.
  • Assist with small business sourcing form completions.
  • Assist with expired supplier certification follow-up.


This position is not available to students on immigration visas.

What Skills You Need


  • Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in supply management or business related discipline; others may apply.
  • Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited college/university.
  • Graduation date of May 2025 or later.
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
  • Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours/weekly.
  • Available to work during the summer semester 35-40 hours/weekly.
  • Must be able to commute to the work location in Moline, Illinois or Waterloo, Iowa or Des Moines, Iowa on a daily basis year-round.
  • Understanding of general business functions.

  • Knowledge of supply management systems, processes and practices.

NOTE: For Iowa State University Engineering students, this assignment will qualify for an ISU co-op position working 20 hours per week.
