Main Responsibilities

Supports various Human Resources processes at the unit/site. This is a well-grounded, middle seasoned level of Human Resources Professional focusing on analysis and assisting managers/employees in resolving issues. This job exercises independent judgment based on both education and experience.

What Skills You Need

  • Guides and supports managers and employees about resolving Human Resource issues.
  • Supports several Human Resource processes/procedures in the major Human Resource areas such as:  employee relations, the human resource aspects of the unit strategic plan, compensation and benefits, staffing and talent planning, training and development, safety and health, legal compliance and employee communications, onboarding experience, Diversity & Inclusion. May specialize in one or more of these sub-areas.
  • Implement, leads and supports HR Projects, HR Continuous Improvement & HR Operation Center initiatives to achieve HR strategic goals.
  • Counsels and advises management on the interpretation of Human Resource /Company policies and procedures.
  • Collects and analyzes information/data to make appropriate decisions.
  • English proficiency.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Skill in utilizing tools and software that support Human Resources processes (HRIS, BI, Success Factors, Kronos, HR Data management)
  • Skill in major Human Resources processes such as interviewing, job documentation, and talent development.
  • HR principles and procedures in such areas as employee/labor relations compensation and benefits, staffing and employee development, training and development, safety and health, employee communications and legal and corporate compliance.
  • Agile methodology, Scrum, Kanvan, People Analytics, VSM.

Education

  • Human Resources Degree, Psychology, Business Administration or Similar
