Your Responsibilities
As a Whole Goods and Program Specialist for A&T Sales/Mktg located in Orlando, FL, you will:
- Work with Region 4 Training Centers and Colleges to manage equipment orders all the way through the process from orders, order fulfillment, delivery to training centers, and final transfer to Dealer Organizations.
- Ensure that daily tasks and order fulfillment/order management and shipping processes are completed and accounted.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipping logistics, center tasks are performed accurately, efficiently and on time to meet customer requirements.

What Skills You Need
- Ensures that daily order fulfillment functions are complete as required
- Supports and assists the Training Centers and related Dealer Organizations
- Utilizes systems such as (Sales Center), (JDMINT), and (Parts Advisor) to support programs
- Works with outside companies to manage logistics of equipment shipping
- Assists in managing the workload and order fulfillment projects relative to order management
What Makes You Standout
- High level of experience in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools
- Ability to constantly re-prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously with multiple parties involved
- 1 or more years of experience in working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
