Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:​

 

Auditor
Substitution agreement

Poznań, Poland

 

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Participate in financial audits and advisory projects for John Deere units worldwide, including new acquisitions.
  • Conduct reviews and testing of business processes and accounting transactions to evaluate risks on financial reporting (US GAAP only).
  • Complete advisory reviews and engagements to support the business with process evaluation, system implementations, and other internal consulting projects.
  • Implement specialized projects as agreed upon.

Our requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration, preferably with a major in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a strong command of English.
  • Flexibility for business travel (30%)
  • Highly engaged and motivated to work in teams
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a relevant Finance and Accounting area such as GL Accounting, Financial analysis, and Controlling

 

Nice to have:

  • Good understanding of SOX, internal controls, and US GAAP.
  • Analytical skills and ability to think out of the box
