Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

 

Customer Service Representative in Credit Processing
Poznań, Poland

 

 

As a Customer Service Representative in Credit Processing area, you will be a part of the International Order Fulfillment team responsible for accurate order processing and analysis. The objective is to get quality orders into our Systems for highly efficient order processing.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Incoming payments posting and account reconciliation.
  • Interest calculation and invoicing according to JD Financial instructions.
  • Communicates with Dealers and responds to inquiries pertaining to the status of their account and payments.
  • Credit limit monitoring.
  • Automatic and manual invoicing of services in SAP.
  • Reviews of inventory verification reports and submission of results to JD Financial.
  • Work closely with Order Management team, Sales teams & Dealers across Europe.
  • Participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Our requirements:

  • Experience in customer service with knowledge of order processing, ideally with working knowledge of SAP.
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel preferred.
  • Paying attention to details and accuracy, analytical skills.
  • University graduate.
  • Communicative English language skills.
  • Adapting easily and focusing on customers.
  • Being a team player - creating trust, with high communication skills.
