Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Incentives & MTP Analyst
Poznań, Poland

We are seeking a dedicated Incentive and MTP Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and publishing the R2 MTP, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. You will also play a crucial role in our monthly finance forecasting and budgeting processes. Finally, you will be part of the incentive analysis & control process. 

Your responsibilities:

• Maintain and publish the R2 MTP. 
• Reflect MTP changes into SAP & COMAR.
• Planning and controlling of incentive budget and programs, including analysis of the effectiveness of programs.
• Providing the data basis for the monthly finance forecast (ASFS).
• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives according to business needs and requirements.

Our requirements:

• Experience in customer service with knowledge of Order Processing/Finances/Accounting.
• Advanced knowledge in Excel and Business Warehouse.
• Paying attention to details and accuracy, analytical skills.
• University graduate.
• Very good in English is a must.
• Adapting easily and focusing on customer.
• Teamwork player - creating trust, with high communication skills.
