Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Supervisor General Ledger
Poznań, Poland

Your responsibilities:

You’ll be the financial compass for the team—guiding, coordinating, and making sure our accounting processes don’t just run, but run smoothly.

• Lead and coordinate US GAAP accounting, reporting, and review processes for your owned processes.
• Be the go-to person for all things accounting—internally and externally.
• Develop your team (and yourself) like a pro coach.
• Spearhead projects to standardize, harmonize, and innovate finance processes.
• Champion continuous improvement—because “inefficient” doesn’t belong to your vocabulary.

Our requirements:

• A high level of responsibility and resilience with capability of independent decision making.
• Agile, solution-oriented mindset
• Strong planning skills—for yourself and your team.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP, SAP FI/CO and MS Excel.
• Fluent English min. C1 (spoken and written)
• Degree in business administration or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in general accounting or similar areas.

Nice to have:

• Experience in team management
• Power Apps / Power BI / AI tools
• SAP
• German min. B2
