Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

 

Delivery Lead
Poznań, Poland

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement, collaboration, conflict, and impediment resolution to enable high-performing teams operating towards elite product behaviors.
  • Upskill and Understand technology and associated industry leading practices relevant to team.
  • Ensure transparent communication, team alignment, and outcome clarity.
  • Drive delivery on prioritized product work within your area of responsibility, including facilitation of dependencies through cross-team collaborations.
  • Create actionable insights using data and metrics to drive constraint identification, continuous transformation, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Pair with key roles to execute measurable, data-driven improvements.
  • Understands business strategy, objectives, and technology to ensure development work is prioritized by business value, work is aligned with objectives and help the team overcome development roadblocks.

 

Our requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an agile working environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent communication, team collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of information systems, technologies, and architecture.
  • Experience tracking and analyzing metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

 

Nice to have:

  • Excellent understanding of Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Conflict resolution experience and ability.
  • Recognized Agile Certification such as Certified Scrum Master.
  • Knowledge of products and services offered by the appropriate area of responsibility.
  • Strong analytical, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Prior experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead.
