Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center in Poznań, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Digital Paid Media Specialist
Poznań, Poland
Your responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and optimize multi-market paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads, ensuring delivery against agreed business objectives and KPIs.
- Analyze campaign performance and derive optimization recommendations as well as alignment of keywords, audiences, budgets, creatives and timelines.
- Act as the key interface between external media agencies and internal stakeholders, challenging recommendations, ensuring quality standards and driving continuous improvements.
- Support paid media strategy, campaign planning and performance reporting while translating data into actionable insights.
- Contribute to paid media standards, tracking governance and performance measurement frameworks.
Our requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field and 3+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising.
- Advanced working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including audience management, optimization and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify performance drivers and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, audience targeting, measurement methodologies and performance marketing KPIs.
- Language Requirements: English B2, both written and spoken. Polish not required.
- Experience managing stakeholders and agencies in a performance-driven marketing environment.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities and deadlines across markets and stakeholders.
- Experience with web analytics and reporting tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker Studio or similar platforms.
