Our financial department is currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Senior Portfolio Specialist
Poznań, Poland

Your Responsibilities:

• Administer the operation of a Trade and Export Finance loan portfolio. 
• Evaluate transportation document packages for compliance with credit utilization/funding requirements, identify gaps in attaining ECA guarantees or Private Credit Insurance coverage, and convey shortfalls to the appropriate parties.
• Conduct accounting entries and ensure proper reporting. 
• Process all portfolio-related invoices and handle complex customer service issues and requests.
• Review lending and export transportation documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify and assess underlying risks and issues of deficiencies in lending documentation to determine the appropriate course of action and communicate problematic documentation concerns to the appropriate parties.
• Conduct accounting entries and ensure proper reporting.
• Process forms and all portfolio-related invoices according to standard procedures.
• Research and handle customer service issues and requests.
• Provide support on projects and requests to aid in decisions affecting Global Trade Finance operations.
• Help senior colleagues manage customer relationships by using relevant systems.

Our Requirements:

• Degree in a Business/Legal/Finance discipline or Equivalent Level.
• Knowledge of banking, financial products, and international banking regulations.
• Trade and Export Finance knowledge. 
• Loan and/or export/transport documentation knowledge. 
• Excellent English language and Russian/Ukrainian language skills.
• Good communication and relationship skills, flexibility, and being a team player.
• Finance experience such as banking, wholesale/retail credit, analysis, and underwriting. 
• Experience with loan and/or export/transport documentation.
• Experience in working in customer service or related customer-oriented environments.
