Your Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, Brand and Communication Technology for John Deere World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, you will:
Be responsible for guiding the prioritized work of an IT digital product development team.
Support multiple functional teams within Brand and Communications and their digital product relationships with the SaaS suppliers.
Explore issues and needs, establishing potential causes and barriers, as well as related issues for their products.
Partner with our internal business employees, to best understand our employee audiences and how technology can support improving their experience with our communication channels and assets.
Monitor all aspects of a product life cycle, including long and short-term development and marketing.
Stay abreast of trends in the CommsTech marketplace, identifying new tools and technologies that can be leveraged to advance communication reach, audience engagement, and audience sentiment.
Deliver defined features, functionality, or outcomes from a designated part of the program, selecting the best available approach within established systems.
Complete research and analyze data to develop and/or support a sound understanding of audience segments, trends, and needs, as well as internal user/employee technology needs for communications.
Develop, maintain, and distribute product roadmaps that close identified gaps, drives overarching business value, and aligns to our best interests within the appropriate SaaS software team.
Understand product health, monitors, and improves subpar health metrics proactively.
Act as a leader in understanding data and analytics collection, monitoring and visualization for their products.

What Skills You Need
3 or more years experience in a Product Management role
3 or more years experience demonstrating effective communication skills
What Makes You Stand Out
Experience with Product Management, communications technology channels, and/or data and analytics is preferred.
Experience with traditional communication channels such as Microsoft Teams/Viva Engage, Intranet and Email tools.
Experience leading change and transforming needs into powerful business results.

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
