Main Responsabilities
• Prioritize work team projects based on business needs.
• Manage short-term, mid-term, and long-term activities (Salaries and wages).
• Provide technical assistance and alignment of tools aligned with Factory Automation standards.
• Support the development, support, and guidance of assigned employees.
• Maintain fundamental expectations for direct collaborators, enhance the skills of each member, and promote development to increase the capabilities of direct collaborators.
• Provide strategic direction for key company initiatives that are linked to the competencies supported by FA (Controls & IoT, App Development, Connectivity, Testing & programming).
• Implement and promote FA standards at the unit level in charge.
• Establish communication with key company contacts that provide direction for the different competencies MIoT, Manufacturing Execution, Data Analytics, SCF.
• Ensure alignment between company goals and FA team goals.
• Represent the FA team in the strategic direction of the factory and promote interaction with other Production.
• Identify and facilitate interaction between JD's external and internal resources (integrating companies, ETEC, consulting companies or technology equipment management).
• Constant communication with ME, QE, Materials, Maintenance, etc. teams for alignment and prioritization of work.
• Clarify expectations on FA support resources in supporting specific functions with "Focus Factory Managers", ME Managers, or operations managers.
• Participate in the processes of defining large-scale projects, in RFQ (request for quotation) reviews and project development.
• Lead Technology communities in local factory
• SCF strategy definition and alignment with factory
