Main Responsibilities

  • Plans, coordinates and performs facilities engineering work for a complete project or maintenance engineering for facility infrastructure, production equipment and processes of a large scope. 
  • Operates in a team environment within factories and with suppliers acting as a technical lead person. Provides project and supply management for projects of major scope. 
  • Assigns, coordinates and reviews the work of wage people, support and contract personnel. Provides technical consultation and a knowledge base.
  • Recognized as an expert within a Unit/Division for a specific process or function.
  • Performs professional facilities and maintenance engineering (e.g., Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC), structural, plant, office layout, electrical & mechanical) assignments of specific engineering tasks 
  • Maintenance budget management administration according target goals
  • Contribute to the analysis of information and the specification of the methods and process steps, as well as the plant, machinery, and equipment, required to design and continuously improve manufacturing or materials processes and process systems to deliver the end product within specified cost and quality parameters.
  • Interpret data and identify possible answers. Involves navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents.
  • Plans, coordinates and schedules preventive and corrective maintenance work load in to SAP system (Maintenance and Facilities).
