Main Responsabilities
- Provides interpretation, analysis, and support of programs or related projects which support & lead safety management system. Participate in the design, implementation and continuous improvement of processes to reduce workplace hazards. Solves problems which are complex in scope. As appropriate, interacts with external agencies as the agent of the unit in both a strategic and tactical role. May serve as the primary person responsible for managing safety programs and compliance at a unit. A visible role on the ground and with a strong lead influence on the safety culture.
- Promote a preventive safety culture. Model confident behavior and visible leadership. Train and mentor leaders, supervisors, and employees. Promote improvement activities with a direct impact on the organizational culture.

Education
- Bachelors in science on engineering or equivalent.
