Main Responsibilities

  • Develops processes and procedures for local use to ensure compliance to various laws. Manages daily activities of Plant Protection Officers to ensure protection of assets, materials, equipment, facilities, and people. Manages access control for all internal and external entities. May also have additional responsibilities in areas such as security and housekeeping.

What Skills You Need

  • Knowledge about security systems and related technical information.
  • Knowledge of loss prevention strategies.
  • Knowledge about risk assessment, corporate investigations, corporate security.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Effective writing skills, including grammatical usage, persuasive copy and style.
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge C-TPAT/OEA
  • Experience manages security officers.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Law, or a related field.
