Main Responsibilites:

  • Oversees audits by specific part number to ensure the inventory stated is accurate and inventory is being consumed and relieved properly as it flows through the factory or factories.
  • Analyzes, dispositions and reports surplus & obsolete material to optimize inventories.
  • Works with factory departments to ensure inventory procedures are being followed and consults when discrepancies are found.
  • Direct & manage internal control changes to ensure ECM’s workflows for new CI to optimize inventory.
  • Conducts inventory audits for individual departments and/or entire units and report findings with corrective action to detail process improvements.
  • Establishes the material flow and movement strategy for the raw material, WIP and complete goods. Ensures that there is optimized material movement that results in increased productivity and efficiency, reduction of inventory levels as well as higher inventory accuracy.

What Skills You Need:

  • Advanced level of English.
  • Fluid Communication.
  • SAP Knowledge.
  • Knowledge of KanBan and material flow processes.
  • Manufacturing processes and factory operations.
  • Understanding of bills of material.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Data management (Excel).

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Data Analytics (Tableau/ Power Bi).
  • Understanding of manufacturing databases and inputs.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, Accountant, or related.
