Main Responsibilities
Develops processes and procedures for local use to ensure compliance to various laws. Manages daily activities of Plant Protection Officers to ensure protection of assets, materials, equipment, facilities, and people. Manages access control for all internal and external entities. May also have additional responsibilities in areas such as security and housekeeping.

- Supervise others working within established operational systems.
- Maintain and renew a deep knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, and ensure own work adheres to required standards. Or identify, within the team, patterns of noncompliance with the organization's policies and procedures and with relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, taking appropriate action to report and resolve these and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Perform a range of facilities management activities, critically reviewing and providing input while working within the established facilities plan to achieve pre-established outcomes.
- Follow the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate environmental risks and risks to the well-being of self and others in the workplace.
- Identify patterns of risky behavior within the team and take appropriate action to resolve them, escalating serious issues as appropriate.
- Communicate the local action plan; explain how this relates to the function's strategy and action plan and to the broader organization's mission and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals.
- Develop and propose own performance objectives; take appropriate actions to ensure achievement of agreed objectives, using the organization's performance management systems to improve personal performance. Or manage and report on team performance; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports or project/account team members and hold people accountable for achieving them, taking appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of team/personal objectives.
- Operate complex systems, adjusting processes to optimize quality and productivity. Also responsible for carrying out new product trials and for generating solutions to complex inefficiencies.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose highly complex equipment and systems for emergency repairs.

- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies.

Education
- B.D. Criminology or any related.
Candidates must have the necessary work permits to work in the country.
