Main Responsabilities

  • Analysis and problem solving - 8D, Ishikawa, 5 W+1H, FMEA 
  • Define and maintain quality standards. 

  • Conduct product inspections, audits, and testing. 

  • Verify that products comply with technical specifications, standards 

  • ISO regulations. 

  • Implement and monitor statistical process controls (SPC). 

  • Identify variations and root causes of deviations. 

  • Validate new or modified processes. 

  • Develop and maintain quality documentation: 

  • Control plans 

  • Work instructions 

  • PPAP / APQP (in automotive)

What Skills You Need

  • Advanced English.

  • Negotiation, core tools, effective communication, GD&T, Welding standard, paint process.
