Due to the development of John Deere Training Center in Tarnowo Podgórne we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

 

Regional Training Project Lead
Replacement employment contract (12 months)


Tarnowo Podgórne, Poland (hybrid)

 


 

Your responsibilities:

  • Driving multiple training projects across Europe in an efficient and successful way.
  • Being an ambassador of change to optimize and simplify service training delivery for internal stakeholders and John Deere Dealers.
  • Leading efficient collaboration with different stakeholders within Europe and staying in close contact with teams in USA in order to identify improvements, propose changes, initiate processes and deliver meaningful results.
  • Managing multiple projects’ timelines, communications, leveraging resources and ensuring development of processes which will significantly influence training business.
  • Being a subject matter expert and main contact person for processes and systems used in the training organization.
  • Providing novel solutions focused on reporting and business data visualization (Business Intelligence) within training business to improve decision making processes.

 

Our requirements:

  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Successfully completed studies with a university degree (Administrative, Business, Technical or other equivalent).
  • Project and administrative experience e.g., leading multiple projects and creating reports.
  • Confidence of working with several complex systems, reporting tools and business data visualization software, e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Success Factors.
  • Ability to plan and execute tasks independently.
  • Being a team player with positive attitude and ability to solve complex challenges.
  • Solution-oriented way of working.
  • Analytical skills and affinity for numbers.
  • Availability to work afternoon hours due to contact with US (up to 25%) and business travel (up to 25%).
