John Deere Bank S.A. is one of the European branches for John Deere Financial, along UK, Spain, Germany, and Luxembourg. The primary activity is providing financial services to customers and dealers who want to finance John Deere equipment.

Due to the development of John Deere Bank in Poznań, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Senior Credit Analyst
Tarnowo Podgorne, Poland
Your responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of moderately complex, higher‑value asset finance applications by analysing financial statements, cash flow, balance sheet strength, and overall creditworthiness.
- Approve, decline, or provide structured recommendations on finance proposals in line with company policies, procedures, and defined risk appetite.
- Promote asset finance products, digital systems, and marketing initiatives to dealers and key stakeholders; deliver coaching and guidance to strengthen product knowledge and drive adoption.
- Support partners by reviewing financial documentation, resolving queries, and providing occasional assistance with collections processes to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to process optimisation efforts and actively collaborate on international projects aimed at improving underwriting efficiency and enhancing cross‑functional effectiveness.
Our requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Multiple years of experience in credit underwriting or credit risk management; experience with the Polish market is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, and credit risk assessments.
- Analytical mindset and strong judgment to make balanced, risk‑based credit decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluency in Polish and English required; additional languages are an asset.
