Due to the development of John Deere Bank in Poznań, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Team Lead, Credit & Collections
Tarnowo Podgorne, Poland
Your responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Credit Analysts and Collections Specialists focused on the Polish market.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and well‑documented credit decisions for retail finance applications.
- Manage collections activities for retail customers with a focus on reducing delinquencies and maintaining a high portfolio quality.
- Design, review and update internal processes to maintain the highest standards of compliance and operational efficiency.
- Enable and support the digital transformation and automation of our retail credit operations processes.
Our requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in credit underwriting, collections, or risk management; experience with the Polish market is highly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in managing and leading credit operations teams.
- Analytical mindset and strong judgment to make balanced, risk‑based credit decisions.
- Proven ability to build scalable processes and workflows, balancing speed, quality, and risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluency in Polish and English required; additional languages are an asset.
