Due to the development of John Deere Training Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:​

Training Coordination Apprentice

Tarnowo Podgórne, Poland

Your responsibilities:​

• Supporting daily work within the Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors)
• Preparing reports in MS Excel 
• Assisting in preparation and organisation of the training season
• Supporting the training invoicing process 
• International collaboration, communication with colleagues and partners across European branches  
• Based on your profile and interest- participating in additional projects and activities in Training Centre

Our requirements:

• Good communicator in English (minimum B2)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Open mindset, readiness to learn and develop new skills
• Good time management and strong sense of responsibility 
• Strong interpersonal skills (open to build and maintain effective relationships) 
• Attention to details 
• Minimum experience or willingness to learn about modern AI tools
• Openness to learning MS Office Tools and working with workflow systems 
• Your can do and want to learn attitude is all you need – We will teach you the rest!
