Your Responsibilities
As a Lead Security Systems Engineer for ISG located in Urbandale/Waterloo, Iowa; Moline, IL., Fargo, ND. Austin, TX., or Cary, NC., you will be:
- Lead systems engineering and implementation of embedded product security capabilities for the enterprise as part of the Infrastructure Systems team.
- Partner with the enterprise security team to align on needs and requirements for embedded security capabilities and the overall strategy. Represent the delivery roadmap for these capabilities to the Enterprise while working with enterprise security, identify, investigate and innovate new technologies in support of the security strategy.
- As a Security Solution Owner, lead the definition and delivery of capabilities to the Enterprise product teams. Provide systems engineering for the decomposition to requirements across the system infrastructure, and leverage tech stack stakeholders to develop, verify and deliver infrastructure components, workflow and tools. Ensure capabilities are integrated and verified.
- Accountable for owning product team requests/needs and determining solutions aligned with the strategy and security requirements.
- Responsible for alignment with enterprise security on requirements/standards and implementation and participate in related COPs, standards reviews, industry, and enterprise forums
- Champion the use of systems engineering methods and tools to ensure a robust and documented design and implementation.

What Skills You Need
- 6+ years embedded system security/software development experience with expert knowledge of methods for design, development and verification of application software.
- 2+ years demonstrated experience leading complex engineering design efforts and collaborating successfully with diverse functional groups and engineering teams.
- 4+ years of experience in product engineering with 2+ years working within embedded systems (vehicle electrical systems preferred)
- Strong experience with and knowledge of machine systems and electronic functions.
- Willing and able to lead change, influence without authority, and communicate effectively up, down, and across the organization .
