Your Responsibilities

 

As Strategy & Operations Delivery Lead for the Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG) located in Urbandale, IA, you will:

 

  • Lead development, communication, and reporting of ISG objectives and key results, driving alignment within ISG, Ag Engineering, Production Systems, and SaaS teams.
  • Oversee and report the outcome metrics for Tech Growth R&D related to Improving Tech Solutions and ensuring alignment with ISG and Enterprise counterparts.
  • Lead the tactical execution of the annual CEO Ops Review, working closely with the communications team and the ISG Chief of Staff to set content, ensure teams are prepped, and manage key milestones for delivery.
  • Provide strategic counsel to the ISG Chief of Staff and conduct research to inform thesis work on special strategic initiatives as required.
  • Work with Portfolio, Product Management, and Engineering teams in ISG and other business units to ensure opportunities are sufficiently defined, estimated, and supported by business case / ROI analysis.
  • Coordinate and manage bi-yearly reviews and updates to the ISG Product Roadmap, coordinating closely with the ISG Product Management leadership team.
  • Other special projects, as assigned.

  • Knowledge of business policies, procedures, and Enterprise core processes with a particular focus on project and program management.
  • Proven experience facilitating distributed teams to align and organize on key issues. 
  • Ability to maintain focus and deliver results despite competing priorities and last-minute requests.

Education

 

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, business, or similar discipline 
  • Graduate degree preferred
