Starting immediately, our department Aftermarket & Precision AG Marketing is looking for an 

 

Intern Aftermarket & Precision AG Marketing (m/f/d)  

 

As part of our international and dynamic Aftermarket & Precision AG Marketing Team, you will develop communication to better explain the value of our solutions to customers. Our lifecycle & precision technology solutions support customers to have their machines ready when they need them, offer them an unmatched service experience and enable customers to accelerate productivity with technology adoption - over their full machine lifecycle.  

 

You will collaborate with the Aftermarket & Precision AG product managers, colleagues from global product teams, Marketing Communications and sales to support our John Deere colleagues in the field and our dealers with high quality materials.

Your Responsibilities:  

  • Develop clear value selling communication about parts, attachments, precision technology and services and support campaign implementation, leveraging the inputs provided by our counterparts in the factories. 

  • Support our Precision AG Team with regular communication and contribute to various projects 

  • Learn about and support our maintenance business in collaboration with product manager and different suppliers  

  • Coordinate small projects in the field of Marketing Communication or Process Improvement 

  • Help us to identify how we can better support our dealers and customers to keep machines up and running in the field when they are needed  

 

 

What Skills You Need:  

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agricultural or Horticultural Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field 

  • You have a demonstrated high level of customer orientation and bring personal responsibility, flexibility and organizational skills, first experience with agriculture is helpful  

  • You bring good communication skills in English, proficiency in German or another European language is an asset  

  • You already have solid experience with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.)
