Intern Dealer Development – Dealer Capabilities, Remarketing Services (m/f/d) 

 

 

Our Dealer Development and Dealer Capabilities team focuses on empowering our dealer network with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to succeed. We work on enhancing dealer performance, improving customer experience, and driving growth through strategic initiatives. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that our dealers are equipped with the latest technologies, best practices, and support to meet the evolving demands of the market.

Your Responsibilities: 

  • During your internship you will work on Remarketing Services supporting on activities concerning Marketing, Digital Transformation and Reporting.
  • From first day you will have the opportunity to interact with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment.
  • You will assist on Content Development and Management by designing and updating content in our sales & marketing tools to ensure business relevance for dealers and accuracy for stakeholders.
  • User Support and Communication, you will support dealers and stakeholders with effective communication and system configurations, develop user stories, and optimize the digital ecosystem by mapping interfaces and improving business processes.
  • You will assist on the quality and timely completion of monthly market overview reporting.

 

What Skills You Need: 

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in, Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Ag Engineering, Ag Economics
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.  PowerBI or other data visualization knowledge will make you stand out.
  • Structured, self-organized team player with a high level of independence, creativity, and interest in familiarizing yourself with new methods and tools.
  • English and German are core language required, French and another European language would be an advantage.
