Product Marketing Manager – Precision Technology (m/f/d)
As a smart industrial company, Our Technology Stack is identified as one of the three key core elements. The R2 Aftermarket & Precision Technology Marketing organization, we are searching for a Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to be part of this journey. You will support delivering the message and communication of our Precision Technology marketing messages in partnership with our world-class dealer network working closely with a global and diverse team to further drive our Technology adoption and Utilization in R2.
Your Responsibilities:
- Own, with peers the ECAP 3.0 step for Precision Technology in R2
- Development marketing initiatives that increase the speed of adoption of Precision Technology and its Utilization.

- Identification of opportunities which provide value for customers, dealers and John Deere
- Identification of targeted purchase funnel steps to address marketing objectives and value stories
- Tactic creation in close collaboration with MarCom, Sales Services, PR & Events and Pricing & Incentives
- Validation, implementation and execution of go-to-market plans in close collaboration with ECAP 4.0

- Lead - in close collaboration with peers - the training content development with focus on continuous education, improving key Precision Technology capabilities.
- Support event planning and content development
- Collaborate closely with other product Go-to-market managers to enable a seamless story to our customers of the value of Precision Technology on our products.
What Skills You Need:
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Professional field experience of 2-3 years in comparable regional or Production System positions
- Deep product knowledge of Precision Technology and ability to identify customer benefits
- Solid knowledge about marketing, communication and training fundamentals
- Willingness to travel

- Experience in practical agriculture and deep agronomic knowledge in European Agriculture
- Independent and creative work style
- Confidence and enjoyment of presenting in front of audience
- Open and communicative nature as well as enthusiasm for agricultural technology
- Additional language capabilities.
Education:
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Degree in a Business/Management/Agriculture/Engineering/Marketing discipline or equivalent experience
This exempt position is a parental leave replacement based in Walldorf, limited until 31st May 2027. While the role is currently planned to start in March 2026, it is available immediately for a handover period.
