Your Responsibilities
As a Material Replenishment Specialist (MRS) for JD Waterloo Works (DTO) located in Waterloo, IA, you will:
As a Material Replenishment Specialist (MRS), you will play a critical role in ensuring material availability at the point of use while continuously improving safety, quality, and efficiency across manufacturing operations. You will work cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Management, and Operations to drive optimal material flow strategies, a plan for every part, and own material flow guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, execute, and own material replenishment strategies and methodologies
• Audit and maintain replenishment processes using tools such as PFEP dashboards
• Analyze material flow paths and identify safety, ergonomic, and efficiency improvements
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Management to define optimal line-side quantities, as well as a liaison for layouts and replenishment strategies
• Lead implementation of preferred replenishment strategies to support point-of-use availability
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and production environments

What Skills You Need
• Experience working in a team-based environment
• Experience in manufacturing and/or operations
• Experience with line and process design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
What Makes You Stand Out
• Experience with material flow systems, replenishment strategies, and New Product Delivery Process
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of warehouse systems, PFEP, or inventory management tools
• Continuous improvement mindset (lean, CI, etc.)
• Experience leveraging data analytics (Power BI, Excel, dashboards) to drive material flow decisions and identify opportunities
• Interest in learning automation technologies to improve efficiency and consistency
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
