Main Responsabilities
- Plans, coordinates, and performs tester engineering work for a project or process.
- This work includes change management and equipment maintenance administration.
- Operates in a team environment within either the enterprise product delivery process or the enterprise order fulfillment process.
- At this level, projects are of moderate scope and responsibility or may be a significant portion of a major and diverse project or process; decisions are made within established guidelines and may be reviewed by supervisors and/or managers.
- May assign, coordinate and review portions of the work for support personnel, contractors and suppliers.
What Skills You Need
- Establishes routings, methods, layouts, tools, costs, methods documentation and quality plans for revisions to improved test equipment and/or new parts or programs.
- Provides technical
- Support and troubleshooting for current PDP tester challenges.
- Investigates, gathers and analyze data and implement solutions.
- Designs operations layouts.
- Writes operation instructions (for test equipment users).
- Executes team studies related to yield, downtime, capacity and energy.
- Executes analysis, development and implementation of new test manufacturing processes and technology.
- Collects OFP tester feedback to identify improvement paths on new designs.
- Comprehensive electrical/schematics diagrams.

- Conducts project budget administration (fixed assets and expenses).
- Innovates and implements cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic improvement ideas. Analyzes and makes modifications to existing test equipment and designs and develops new test equipment.
Education
- Bachelor's degree related to mechatronics or electronics.
Candidates must have the necessary work permits to work in the country.
