Mid-Level Software Engineer - Sales & Integration - Indaiatuba/SP

As a Mid-Level Salesforce Engineer at John Deere Brazil, located in Indaiatuba/SP, you will contribute to the development, customization, and scalability of our Salesforce environment, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud.You will work in a global Agile environment, helping to design and implement highly reliable CRM solutions and integrations, while continuously improving code quality, adhering to Salesforce best practices, and ensuring fluid delivery processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Work as an active member of an Agile delivery team, follows Agile software delivery methodology & principles. 
• Design, Build and Deliver software solutions directed at improving the overall operational capabilities of critical business functions. 
• Verify functionality, validate performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards 
• Key Participant in Pairing & Code Reviews. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to drive quality and innovation 
• Follows all ITIL & Change Management processes related to solution delivery. 

Skills You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent fields;
• Advanced English: broad vocabulary, good grammar, conducts meetings, argues, negotiates, and delivers training;
• Experience in software engineering with demonstrated delivery in production systems;
• Experience in design, development, testing, and integration of medium to highly complex software solutions in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or equivalent;
• Experience building and integrating APIs, services, and data-driven applications;
• Ability to manage many competing priorities/requests in a fast-paced environment;
• Appetite for continuous learning and willingness/dedication to develop deep technical skills needed to further develop, transform, and modernize MBSE products, processes, and solutions;
• Self-starter willing to take the initiative to resolve technical issues and continuously improve IT products and services;
• Excellence in verbal and written communication forms;
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional, multi-cultural teams;
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a self-directed team.
