Your Responsibilities

 

As a Demand Generation & Integrated Marketing Manager for John Deere Construction and Forestry, located in Moline, IL you will lead the organization's integrated marketing strategy and team, ensuring all marketing activities contribute to business growth, demand creation, brand strength, and dealer engagement.  

 

  • The role aligns marketing investments with commercial priorities, building a high-performing marketing organization that balances commercial impact, customer engagement, dealer support, and brand excellence while driving measurable demand generation and business results. 
  • This leader ensures marketing is viewed as a innovative growth engine by generating qualified demand through campaigns, digital marketing, content, events, dealer co-marketing, and brand activation that directly support Deere's Construction and Forestry's growth priorities.

What Skills You Need

 

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including team leadership and budget management
  • Demonstrated success leading B2B marketing, demand generation, product marketing, channel marketing, or integrated marketing organizations
  • Proven ability to link marketing investments to pipeline development, revenue growth, customer acquisition or revenue growth outcomes

  • Experience working closely with sales organizations and channel partners
  • Familiarity with CRM, leveraging AI and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with expertise in marketing measurement and performance management
  • Experience leading organizational change, cross-functional collaboration, and team development
  • Familiarity with Construction industry and jobsite solutions

Education

 

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
