Title: Part-Time Student-Supply Management-East Moline IL - 83099 

Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position 

 

The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule.

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Develop, implement and improve Supply Management processes to support the Enterprise Order Fulfillment Process and Enterprise Product Delivery Process.
  • Support Procurement Buying team in managing delivery execution with supply base including delivery plan development and risk mitigation planning.
  • Develops and executes inventory plans to achieve inventory/asset management and material flow goals; resolves shipping, receiving, invoicing and payment problems to ensure prompt and accurate payments to suppliers

What Skills You Need

 

  • Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in Supply Management, Business Management, Accounting, or Engineering; others may apply
  • Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university
  • Graduation date of December 2023 or later
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
  • Must be able to commute to the work location on a daily basis
  • Work 16-20 hours/week during the academic year
  • Work 35-40 hours/week during the summer semester
