Your Position:

Major Purpose

Provides support for and/or assistance with products or engineering processes. Technicians at this level typically plan and perform appropriate tests using existing procedures for process control and failure analysis, provide support for products or engineering processes and routine analyses for materials, manufacturing process and methods, provide problem identification and resolution, root cause analysis, corrective action tracking, reliability analysis and verification/validation test plan development. Provides guidance on test procedures to engineers and support personnel. Requires greater knowledge and understanding of lab testing equipment and technologies.

Major Duties

  • Develop assembly process flow and operator method sheet for both PDP and OFP.
  • Design and purchase equipment/fixtures/lifting device/tools for products.
  • Develop standard labor time for production products.
  • Work closely with cross functional team to solve production line issues and take corrective actions.
  • Support cross functional team to complete cost reduction and continue improvement projects.
  • Responsible for factory layout, line balance and staff calculation.
  • Responsible for assembly line improvement. Include Quality/Safety/Productivity improvement.

Required

  • Be proficient in 3D design software and Microsoft offices software. Such as Pro/E, Teamcenter
  • Good English skills for communication and work. Passed CET-6.

Desired

  • Mechanical Engineering & Automation / Mechanical Design background is preferred.
  • Good teamwork and communication.

Education

Bachelor’s or above.
