This position is eligible for remote work at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.
Your Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Precision Technology Implementation Specialist for John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group located in Moline, IL, you will work closely with select customers, internal teams and dealers to increase adoption and utilization of precision technology. This role involves a deep understanding of the functionality and fit of available solutions within a wide range of operations. In addition, you will:
• Promote current and future capabilities of our technology solutions to target customers
• Lead customers through the value creation and impact of supported solutions
• Manage data driven implementation activities for various operational sizes and complexities
• Train, onboard, and provide ongoing support to customers as they adopt and utilize our technology products
• Provide feedback to the broader Product Management and Marketing organizations to help shape the direction of future products and implementation tactics
• Partner with dealers and internal teams to incrementally support key initiatives via a higher touch approach than traditionally used

What Skills You Need
- Spanish and English Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Spanish and English, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences
- Experience: Proven experience in successfully implementing precision agriculture technology in real farming operations
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and spend time in the field as needed to support customers and ensure successful technology deployment
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of precision agriculture technologies, including hardware, software, and data management systems
- Customer Knowledge: Ability to talk shop with customers, understand their production systems, and identify how technology can help improve their results
- Action-Oriented: Bias towards action, with the ability to roll up sleeves and start doing to get the ball rolling
- Travel: Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% with close proximity to a major airport

• Strong, demonstrated problem solving skills in both software and electrical applications
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and apply precision technology within a spectrum of use cases and production systems
• Experience across multiple software domains, including embedded systems, digital, and data engineering/analytics
• Experience building effective relationships with customers/dealers, training specialists and documenting customer engagement
• Demonstrated experience working broadly across John Deere, collaborating with multiple teams, functions, or business units to drive impact
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
