Your Responsibilities
As a Master Scheduler for JD Cylinder located in Moline, IL you will develop and document master production schedules for the factory and seek alignment with operations and production planning teams. Additionally, you will:
- Develop and document master production schedules for the factory and seek alignment with operations and production planning teams
- Ensure systems accurately reflect material requirements as driven by forecast and actual orders
- Lead regularly scheduled meetings with management and representatives from Order Fulfillment, Customers, Engineering, Supply Management, etc. to discuss current and future schedules and forecast
- Understand, define, and document all aspects of specific problems, objective and/or potential opportunity for improvements to product structure processes while determining all the various issues, dependencies, constraints, and deliverables
- Support and participate in new product programs for all phases of the Enterprise Product Development Process (EPDP)
- Resolve functional, operational, and systems questions/problems for users in SAP and CWIS
- Present findings and recommendations to all levels of management

What Skills You Need
- Experience working with or in Order Fulfillment processes
- Experience with SAP
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and factory operations
- Working knowledge of data analytics tools and processes, generating SAP data sets/reports, and proficient skill in Excel
- Understanding of bills of material
- Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution
What Makes You Stand Out
- Cross functional work experience(s) in multiple major areas, especially in material flow, data analytics, manufacturing engineering, and/or supply management
- Experience in forecasting and planning
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience
